Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: We will be able to accept order changes or cancellation requests up to 12 hours after the order is placed.

In the event something goes wrong, here is our return policy:

We accept returns only if a wrong product has been shipped to you or the product is damaged.

Send us an email at with proper description and photos within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/wrong product.

We will review your return request. Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up at a time mutually agreed upon with you.

After receiving the item we will go through the necessary quality checks.

We will initiate the refund once the return is inspected.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 business days.
